The wine is OAK AGED in a mix of SPECIALLY SELECTED SANGIOVESE GRAPES, the primary grape grown in Tuscany.
Sourced mainly from OLD VINES and vinified based on TRADITIONAL METHODS.Using the method of “PARZIALE APPASSITE”, some grapes are dried before they are pressed.They are then blended with the new wine based on the traditional “RIPASSERE.

Fresh aromas of violets, red currants and cherries. Pair with forest fruits, cherries, all meats and pasta.
